By accessing or using GoCarly ("the Service" or "the Platform"), operated by GoCarly LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service

GoCarly is a scheduling application that helps families coordinate babysitting shifts with babysitters they already know and invite. GoCarly is not a babysitter marketplace or staffing agency, and we do not screen, employ, recommend, or vet any caregiver or family. You are solely responsible for the people you invite and the arrangements you make.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications about babysitting shifts from GoCarly. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Payments

Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating any law, infringing the rights of others, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with the operation of the Platform.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Because GoCarly only provides scheduling tools and does not vet or supervise caregivers or families, you use the Service and make caregiving arrangements at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCarly LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Service or any caregiving arrangement made through it.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
