Scheduling information (such as the babysitting shifts you post, request, or are assigned, and the family or sitter relationships you set up)
Account authentication information when you sign in using Google or Apple
We use Stripe to process payments. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for information on how they handle your data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account
Provide the core scheduling features of the Service
Send you notifications about babysitting shifts by SMS and email
Process payments
Respond to your questions and provide support
Maintain the security and integrity of the Service

SMS Messaging and Your Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we send you SMS notifications related to babysitting shifts (such as shift availability, confirmations, and reminders). Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, reply HELP for help, or disable SMS notifications in your account settings.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with service providers who work on our behalf:
Supabase (database hosting and storage)
Stripe (payment processing)
Pingram (SMS delivery)
Resend (email delivery)
Google and Apple (sign-in and authentication)
Vercel (application hosting)
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may update your account information, adjust your notification settings, or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@gocarly.com.
Children's Privacy
GoCarly is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Account holders are responsible for the information they provide about the families and caregivers they coordinate.
